Amazing employees! Sunday 7/14/24 my brother and I were there doing our respective laundry. Teresa was the attendants name there that day. I am an infrequent customer and did not know Teresa but observed her constant cleaning, and assisting customers while I was there. She impressed me with her alertness to customers needs. She helped me w a dryer that did not show time left or time bought. After leaving w our clean laundry my brother noticed he was missing a piece of his laundry. I called Super Suds the next day spoke to another unfamiliar attendant named Terry who confirmed that Teresa had retrieved the item from a dryer and placed it in lost n found on Sunday. Terry stayed after her shift to give me the missing laundry since I could not arrive sooner due to my work schedule. I had asked Terry not to wait for me but just set the item aside so i can pick it up after work. I was surprised to find Terry waiting for me after her shift! Wow! Both of these ladies need acknowledgement of their excellent customer services in an age where this kind of consideration is so rare in our culture today!!! Thank you Ladies you are tops with me!!!
